01
What Was Built
EvoSpend was a white-label debit rewards platform brought to market through a branded Mastercard card experience, mobile onboarding and wallet flow, identity verification, rewards and merchandise, fulfillment, and a live cultural activation at Rock the Bells.
02
Stephen’s Role
Stephen served as co-founder and operating lead across product development, partner coordination, program operations, mobile and card experience, brand activation, enrollment strategy, fulfillment, and the on-site customer journey. He helped connect regulated infrastructure to a consumer experience people could understand and join.
03
Transferable Value
The transferable value is the ability to coordinate regulated product requirements, technology, brand, operations, external partners, and real-world customer adoption. The case demonstrates how complex backend capability becomes valuable only when every customer-facing and operating handoff supports the same promise.
04
Problem Solved / Case Study
The financial product could not succeed as a card program alone. At a live festival, enrollment, identity verification, mobile onboarding, rewards, staff interaction, and merchandise all competed with the event itself. The solution was a simple attract, onboard, and reward journey that made enrollment feel like participation rather than paperwork.
